  • Only items purchased directly from www.nelsonworld.in are eligible for return.

Partial Refund Policy

We may grant partial refunds in the following situations:

  • Books with clear signs of usage
  • Any item that is damaged, not in its original condition, or missing parts (not caused by our team)
  • Any product returned beyond 30 days after delivery

Refund Process – Fast & Secure

  1. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original method of payment within a few working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for a refund. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.

Product Exchanges – Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and only if the unboxing is recorded on video. This helps us verify claims quickly and accurately.

Gift Returns

  • Return shipping charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted.
